Credit card numbers are never stored in EventLeap™ databases to prevent such sensitive information from ever being leaked or compromised, except in cases where registration processing must take place more than 60 days in advance of the event.
EventLeap allows clients the ability to use their own merchant account, or use the EventLeap™ merchant account to process all credit card transactions. Payments are issued once the event has taken place, and are issued at specific intervals to allow for potential chargebacks and card disputes.
